Rob Maxwell is an electronic artist shaped by years in the Baltimore and DC house music scene, a space defined by both high energy venues and a gritty underground culture. Influenced by a region that moves between main-stage intensity and intimate, late night moments, his sound reflects that same duality. His tracks are built for everything from peak time energy to underground grooves, driven by aggressive, heavy basslines and sleek, groove driven beats. Atmospheric textures and vocal moments are used with intention, creating music that connects whether it's in a crowded room or on your own.
